What did you want to be when you grew up?
When I was a child I always dreamed of owning a shop and selling pretty things! When I finished school I became a Beauty therapist and started my own business. Although I loved my Beauty therapy business, I guess my passion for “pretty things” took over! I would always admire all the beautiful Royal Albert crockery so came up with the idea of having a business hiring out crockery hire for high teas. So now I get to play with pretty things all day!

What made you start your business?
I started my business because I am obsessed with pretty fine china! My love for fine china & high tea’s comes from fond childhood memories of having afternoon tea with my grandma. She would always make such a fuss and insisted that we only drank tea out of her best fine china. It always made me feel very sophisticated, elegant and special! Which is why I started the High tea party specialist, I wanted to offer the best quality fine china and create those same feelings and experiences for other people,

What would be your ideal party?
My ideal party would consist of great company, plenty of food, good wine, lots of dancing AND of course pretty decorations to set the scene

What makes your business unique?
The High tea party specialist is unique because we only supply Royal Albert crockery. Royal Albert is renowned for having the finest English bone china which is not only beautiful to look at but is delicate and soft to touch. This will transform your high tea into an elegant & exquisite occasion which will make it special for all your guests.

What do you love most about your work?
I love being able to work with client’s on all their ideas and then being able create an High tea event which is unique and memorable occasion

I really admire anyone who believes in themselves and has the passion & drive to follow their dreams and do what they love
