Sienna’s pink, white and gold first birthday – details

Peach, pink, white and gold were the colours of choice for the day, and these were elegantly paired with rustic accents and plenty of gorgeous blooms.

The incredible line up of desserts was sitting pretty under a pretty balloon garland and a custom sign by Foamtastic Party Decor.

The sweet spread included cake pops, cupcakes, dessert cups and a beautifully presented candy bar, as well as strawberry and macaron towers by Macron Delights, which matched the party’s soft colour scheme.

A stunning cake from Prestige Cakes by Gina sat pride of place, and we’re completely in love with its beautiful gold and floral details!

 There’s nothing quite as enchanting as a magical Unicorn Party!

As the children arrived, they were greeted with the spectacular sight of the set-up. The tent with the golden unicorn head emerged from the natural wildness of the bush in our backyard. The Frame photography led the children in a fanciful direction, guiding them through the adventure, capturing their reactions along the way.

‘This is what dreams are made of’, said the parents as the children rushed forward to meet our star of the show, Cherry. She is a unicorn from the Sunshine Coast’s premier horse modelling agency, Your Mane Event. She emerges elegantly crowned and adorned in fresh cut flowers specially made for her that morning by Rambling Rose Cooroy. Cherry looks nothing short of a magical delight, and she was an instant hit with both the children and parents alike. They all rushed forward to give her a cuddle and a pat. So cute, and made my heart melt!

The party was styled to create a glamorous exploratory playground for the children to enjoy. It was furnished with luxury details that are made for a celebration to remember! The Glamacamp style has an adventurous spirit, layered with textures and fabrics in soft colours for a magical experience. Peachy pinks and cotton candy with detailed highlights in brass and gold feature.

The picnic table was set up on a gorgeous vintage aqua Turkish rug. The solid wooden French country style table with large marshmallow cushions as seats. Vintage English fine bone china laid on an antique French country kitchen table cloth. The napkins held childhood memories for me, wrapped with the edible necklaces I can remember enjoying as a kid. There were also personalised name tags for each place setting. These were designed together with invitations, thank you, food tags and signage as part of a signature stationary set.

Delicious sweet treats were everywhere for all the children to enjoy! Unicorn biscuits, unicorn donuts and that magical unicorn party cake sat front and centre in the middle of the table. All of the desserts were created the fabulous SweetP Cakes and Cookies. A true visionary delight –almost too good to eat!

For the main food, I asked Journey Street food to create a presentation delight as adventurous as our own setups. An exotic, fresh and healthy 3 tier tower of creative yumminess to be shared all. Fruit skewers, cheeses, crackers, dips, rice paper rolls with decorative edible flowers, bliss balls, with a few extra little treats.

Well, I guarantee you, this party is definitely one that is going to elicit one of those reactions!

‘Best princess party ever, Mum!’

No really, it is.

When the birthday girl asks for a princess party, what do you do to make it just that little bit more extra? You invite the princesses themselves to come along!

This was truly a gorgeous effort by Stylish Soirees Perth, who together with Glass Slipper Entertainment put a truly magical celebration at the very fitting Darling’s Day Out venue in Perth,

The colours were soft, but not quite a pastel, and the look was classic with a touch of modern. The balloon garland was embellished with rose gold to give it an extra luxe look. The children with their pretty attire

As well as being entertained by their favourite princesses, the children danced and also got to dig into the pop-cart and cupcakes!

Amelia’s glam flamingo birthday party

Sam from Sajaro Invitations & Design did an amazing job on the design and stationery!

Megann also made the cake, which was a beautiful creation of fresh flowers with pink ombré buttercream. On the inside, chocolate icing inside with pink swirl cake…delicious! The stately flamingo topper was from Palm and Pine Party Co.

The macarons were (are you ready for it?) – Rolo flavour! Chocolate ganache outer with salted caramel inside. Divine!

The festoon lights were from Bunnings. Creative lighting is totally on trend for 2018! Palm and Pine Party Co. also did the balloon install, which Megann embellished with fresh greenery that she foraged. Megann did all the other decorations, too.

To top it all off, Megann (being a photographer) also had the job of capturing the whole thing. We hope everyone had a fantastic day!

A tropical birthday party

“Ruby loves ice cream and couldn’t wait to be the ice cream lady at her own party which happens to be in the hottest part of summer,” says Carly of Sugar Style.

“So we decided to combine summer, tropical and Ice cream themes into a Summer Social with all of her very best friends!” 

Sugar Style chose a bright pink, yellow and blue colour scheme, and paired it with matching balloons, flowers and matching desserts. From the bright dessert and candy bar, to the ice cream and lemonade stands, tropical-themed fairy face painting, disco dancing and limbo, there is so much to love about this summer celebration! 

Carly’s business, Sugar Style, handled the styling of the party, the labels and graphics, party favours, cake styling and even the custom mini cookie graphics. The Pink Sugar Fairy from Sugar Pop Parties, Carly’s other business, delighted party goers with face painting.
