A mum of two, Melynda went in search of a stand out treat for her daughters first birthday. She found a royal icing cookie and went in search of how to achieve creating such a cookie. Learning, creating and baking took over and Melynda found a rewarding creative outlet that sweetened her life and the tastebuds of all her customers.
