Here at Confetti Fair, we love to feature parties and DIYs of all kinds! You can submit your party using the form below and it will be reviewed by our team. Whether it’s a kids party, wedding, grown-up birthday, shower, anniversary or anything else, we want to see it! We invite professional planners, stylists and DIY lovers to submit.
We prefer real parties, however, we also accept styled shoots.
Please submit a 100 – 200-word description of your party along with 20 images. Submission of this form indicates agreement of the terms below.
Note: submissions will not be accepted for our magazine if they have previously been published on any medium, including public non-commercial social media accounts. If your party has been accepted for our magazine we will be in touch with further information.
PARTIES SUBMITTED WITH MORE THAN 20 IMAGES WILL BE REJECTED WITHOUT NOTICE.

All submissions are reviewed before being accepted into our content mediums, both print and digital.
Confetti Fair will send an email within 2-4 weeks if your party has been accepted. For the magazine, we will be in touch within a shorter period of time.
Due to the high volume of submissions and the need to keep content themes balanced, it may take up to 6-10 weeks for your party to appear on our website. Once live, you will receive an email confirmation along with some digital assets for you to use on your social media if you wish.
Please also ensure you have approval from photographers to use and submit images, and approval from guests (especially parents when children are in the images). Responsibility for obtaining these permissions belongs to you and should be obtained prior to submitting the party to Confetti Fair. We will not be liable for approvals not obtained.
Submit around 20 of your best images. Images should be at least 600 pixels wide. Professional photography is not a necessity, as long as the images are clear and taken in good lighting and angles. We look for parties that have captured a range of details, both up close and from afar.
For our blog, we prioritise real parties that are exclusive but this is not necessary for acceptance. For styled shoots, we prefer exclusivity but these will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis. Styled shoots sponsored by or created for any other publication will be rejected. Exclusivity is a compulsory requirement for our magazines. If you would like your party to go into one of our magazines, please note that it will not be accepted if it has been shared on social media, any websites or any other medium. Sneak peek shots of a small portion of the party on social media are acceptable. If your party has been accepted for our magazine we will be in touch with further information. Submission of this party indicates that you give permission for Confetti Fair to use your images to promote your party and blog post on social media. We will always ensure that all images are credited correctly and linked back appropriately.
You give permission for Confetti Fair to use information submitted below for the purposes of featuring your party only. There is a chance to opt-in if you do wish to be added to our email database.
You can download a range of generic badges and logos for your website that you can use if your party is accepted.
You will also be sent a personalised badge.
