Mary Ronis Events’ styling is synonymous with outstanding creativity that can truly transport you to another world. Mary’s signature statement – ‘keep believing in magic’ truly captures the essence of  her talent in creating awe-inspiring events that continuously push the envelope. She recently styled this Alice in Wonderland teen birthday party, and we were left gasping with amazement!

Her style combines art, interiors and deisgn. Mary’s vision for this Alice in Wonderland party brought some truly magical elements to this event. The stunning colour scheme consisted of emerald, blush and champagne hues.

Through the Looking Glass – an Alice in Wonderland teen birthday party

The main focus of the event was the ‘Through the looking glass” aspect, as can be evidenced by the fantastical glass installations on the main table.

We wanted to take all the elements of the looking glass, the magic, and the wonder of the classic tale and transform it into an elegant yet whimsical party fit for a young lady in her teens.

Here are some close-ups of the glass pillars, customised with a visually striking image of a girl that conveys the ‘Through the looking glass’ concept beautifully.

The dessert table was an absolutely lavish affair full of treats that one could only dream!

In addition to the main table and dessert bar, there was also a fantastic mirror installation, a bar, and a lounge area.

The mirror installation mimicked the styling of the glass table pillars, with illustrated vinyl giving a looking glass effect. The magical scene was embellished with 3D effects (something Mary often incorporates into her events), such as the baby’s breath tea-cup below.

Fun, lifesize props are another common element at Mary’s events. This scene would definitely have brought the story to life for the birthday girl, Sabrina!
