BBF sleepover for Valentine's Day

There is no love greater than that of two BFFs! These cute little friends had a blast at our Valentine’s Day BFF sleepover. Read on to find out more about the BFF sleepover for Valentine’s Day. Here is how we put it together.

Styling

The styling was put together by Confetti Fair with the help of our friends at Balloon Glitz who put together a lovely balloon arrangement of purple, pink and red. The team at Bench and Table, who make custom party and event props, made us a giant heart prop just for a bit of fun! We customised some vinyl words on their with cutting machine, the awesome Cricut Joy. We are also loving the glam yet retro feel of the shimmery backdrop which we purchased from Big W! Our favourite though, was the teepee frame, which we dressed with some red sequin fabric for some extra glam!

We also loved our girls’ style, especially the awesome braiding done by Sydney’s number one party braider – The Braid Boss!

Sweets and treats

For our little party, we had a mini cake decorated with lollies, a cookie cake (both by Sweet Petites), a pink grazing platter, and our favourite – a pink geometric heart smashcake from The Sweetheart Co.!

The pink grazing platter was actually a heart shaped grazing platter! Custom made by Bench & Table.

Custom DIY items

Our pink t-shirts were from Big W, which we then customised with our beautiful red vinyl using our Cricut Joy. We used the Cricut Minipress 2 to heat press the lettering onto the fabric.

We also quickly whipped up some heart pillows. We used felt to freehand cut a heart shape. We then stuck the sides together but fabric glue, ensuring to leave a space to insert pillow stuffing.

We bought some plastic picnicware from Big W. We added to the glam by customising our cups with glitter read hearts and lips, which we cut with our Cricut Joy.
