A Marie Antoinette themed high tea

The colour scheme for this soiree was all about pink, pink and even more pink!

3rd & Luxe’s multi-talented team (they also do desserts and photography in addition to styling) gave us a run-down of their inspiration and ideas which led to this very sophisticated look.

This vintage Galantine’s party was inspired by Marie Antoinette, the Queen of all things pretty and frilly! We served beautiful high tea desserts from Carrara’s Pastries (located close to the 3rd & Luxe team over in California). Our cake was served on the most gorgeous tiered chandelier-esque cake stands, and the linens, provided by CV Linens were the perfect last touch to bring the party together! All of our girliest childhood dreams came alive in this party fit for your best gals!

There were rich indulgent desserts, the likes of which would have wowed the Queen herself.

Beautiful linens, vintage style crockery and cake stands helped set the scene.

How divine does the red heart look amongst all the pink?

Of course, what is a French-themed do without croissants and macarons? Ça alors, look how pretty they are!

The cake itself was also pretty special, a classic two-tier stunner embellished with pretty pink buttercream. 

Gorgeous florals, feathers and tulle on the table styling really helped set the scene too.

Loving the added touch of that delicate garland! We’re definitely feeling this look!
