Details from the Australian floral bridal shower
What better way to enjoy summer than an outdoor brunch. Sun, food, bubbly and great friends. This styled shoot is set up as a brunch high tea for a bridal shower, celebrating all things Aussie!
This bridal shower brunch was an intimate event and with a rustic feel. A small timber cottage, an antique chest and a wheel barrow also featured to help the rustic vibe.
Typoflora crafted stationery with beautiful Australian natives. These included waratahs and proteas. The placemats, menu and place cards all matched the theme and invite.
We adorned the table with a flower runner made up of lots of greens, natives and paper daisies. This floral runner was absolutely impressive and fit perfectly along the table still allowing for the table setting.
The semi-naked cake perfectly fit the vibe of the brunch, and juxtaposed beautifully with the gold cake topper, which featured a little gumnut and leaf in timber.
As our bridal shower was in a rustic Australian theme, it was only fitting that our food matched the theme. We filled the table with scones, pavlovas, sausage rolls, pies and Anzac biscuits. All light yet filling foods for a brunch.
