We challenged 23 talented party vendors to design a party inspired by a USA location.

Style Vine Events was inspired by the magic of California and all that it represents to create a pink party wonderland. It featured cute pop culture references, and some of the best trends in parties right now. The party was dubbed ‘Candyfornia’.

What made you choose your shoot location for United States of Party?

California is a fun state that has many talented and inspirational people within the creative arts industry. We had fun mixing aesthetics from a diverse state.

What inspired your shoot?

Katy Perry and Michelle Rogers (both CA gals) were the main inspiration to this shoot, we tried to capture a fun, slightly edgy candy land Katy Perry type party – Candyfornia, overarched in the gorgeous matte pastel tones, streamer installations and cute florals that are so familiar with the creations by styling babe, Michelle Rogers.

Did you incorporate any current party trends or DIYs in your shoot? If yes, what were they?

So much yes! We incorporated all the things! The colour tones, ceiling streamer installation, lots of balloons, gorgeous layered acrylics, custom fringe piñata’s, a shag cake, amazing tutus, light up letters, floor decals, insanely cute meringue pops! The most adobe little elite dancer models! You name it, we had it!
